I sold my property through Andrew Granger and mostly dealt with Chris and Tom throughout the process. I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and good at keeping me up to date with everything. If I had any queries they were answered and explained to me and when any changes were made (new photos, price etc) I was consulted and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only negative was in-house solicitors (Jephson Legal) that I used and had recommended to me as they didnt match the level of communication or reassurance

I have recently moved out of student accommodation and I was looking for somewhere to move to in the lockdown. I found a property I liked and the estate agent Lindsey was so helpful. It was Lindsey that showed me around the property she was so nice and I am the kind of person that asked a lot of questions after previous lettings with student accommodation. When I applied to the flat and got it every time I was sent a piece of information I had a whole list of new questions. Lindsey answered every single one and did whatever she could to help. After moving in before I had an internet connection Lindsey was available to answer the phone and help with my queries and resolve any issues. Having an estate agent that is friendly and helpful really made the process easier and simpler. Excellent on the sales process including valuation, brochure, arranging viewings and managing offers. From sale agreement to exchange took much longer than necessary due to administration issues on the buyer's side. With the benefit of hind-sight, we think that some of this delay could have been avoided with a more pro-active follow up in the early stages. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Granger. Leigh and Harry were a pleasure to work with and all contact with the Leicester office was positive.
