I have just purchased my first buy-to-let property as part of my retirement plan. All I can say is that their service was first class from start to finish and kept myself (and the tenant) informed every step of the way. I also valued their professionalism, advice and guidance as a new landlord and nothing was too much trouble as I did have a few questions and queries for them to handle.
