The sale of our home as just gone through thanks to John and his team, I cant say enough about how John kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. This was the first time we had sold a house and it felt daunting and overwhelming at tomes, however John constantly reassured us about the situation and took the stress away, John and his team are amazing to deal with and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of selling up or purchasing a new home to use wild & Griffiths. Recently we have purchased our first house Via Wild and Griffiths. John was amazing throughout the whole process. Communication was excelent, As soon as an issue was brought up from either myself or the vendor the message was passed on straight away, He has done an amazing job of explaining the whole process to me, not just from my side and vendors side but also the legal and banking process. John was a great resourse to draw on to hlep us through this very stresfull time and went above and beond to help us out where ever he could. The years of experiance coming throught at all times, and the buisness links he made avilable to us was invaluable, all of the recommended buisnesses carried any and all work out perfectly and for a reasonable price aswell. I recently sold a house with Wild and Griffiths in Oldham and I would recommend them to everyone - especially if you are assisted by an amzingly kind and genuine man who works there, called John. My husband used to sort all our finances and handled all our problems. When he died I was completely at sea and had no idea what anything meant or what to do. John led me through the journey one little step at a time, and never once made me feel that he was tired of my endless questions and need for reassurances. When problems occurred like with the solicitors, John was the linchpin that held things together. If it was not for John, I am certain I would have lost the sale more than once. He went the extra mile on so many occasions and looked after the buyer and myself with honesty and kindness. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me. I consider him a friend, and I would have paid double the charge for the efforts I received from him. The sale was successful and all parties concerned were satisfied. Having looked over the property we wished to sell, he presented a comprehensive approach on how he could sell the property, set a valuation we were more than happy with and we felt very happy to leave the sale in his care.
