GoogleVery unprofessional and time wasting team...just look elsewhere if you need to rent. I would have given a Zero if possible;one of them asking for a 6months rental advance and another saying she didn't know about it. What a team.

If you want an agent who will NEVER call you back, then look no further than William H Brown. Absolute joke, and the only refreshing note is that I'm not alone in my experience. Run away from this agent if you can. I fail to believe they are still able to be a success based on this level of incompetence.

We have been without heating and hot water for a significant time now and sequence have shown zero ability to assist or rectify the situation. Sequence have repeatedly taken inordinate amount of time to book in work to property.Sequence / William h brown are a woefully inadequate company. Staff do not care and communication is poor. Read the many other similar reviews and avoid at all cost

William H Brown, the estate agents who make your move stress free .... really?? It’s been nothing but stress. We have been trying to liaise with this company in Suffolk for nearly 6 months in a supposed chain free purchase. They are not truthful and do not act on your instruction. Not worth their fee in my opinion and rude into bargain. It’s a miracle if they even return your calls!!!

One star is one star too many. If you want your property to go live in an unorganised order without your approval, do not want any feedback from viewings, have your phone messages and emails ignored, receive no updates on progress and want your sales negotiator to be disrespectful then use these.

If i could give this company a 0 I would. Terrible company who have stolen our deposit and refused to answer emails. Borderline criminal conduct going on there so stay well clear. The boiler failed twice during our last month at the house. They tried to charge us for that damage which was absolutely not our fault. Still considering whether to take to court.

Not professional at all. Constant chasing up, never received confirmation offer was received and the outcome. Only verbaly over the phone (when rang myself).Never ring back when they say they will. Customer service is 0, not even 1.Branch Manager done nothing about raised concerns. 2 sentence reply with no actual answer. So be patient and investors dont be bothered.

Absolutely rubbish. Monday 11/04 I booked a view and the agency booked a viewing for Thursday 14/4 at 10 am. Thursday at 9:30 am when I was on my way to view the house I got a call from the agency saying that the views were yesterday and the house is gone now. What a joke, Ridiculous

Disorganised, poorly managed and unsafe. It is always someone else fault. Never follow things through. Poor customer service both as a tenant and a landlord. Terrible rental experience with them while I had my dream house built. i had to go to the Tenancy Protection Scheme to ensure I got all my deposit back. No sign in procedure for keys which they “lost”. Just don’t even think about using them.

I recently had a valuation of my property which was changed by £50,000 when I advised whb that I felt it was not acceptable. As the valuer didn't even take into account that my chalet bungalow had an upstairs, I lost faith. I have been telephoned on 3 occasions since, inspite of the fact that I have asked them not to contact me again. 10/10 for perseverance!

Williamhbrown St Albans - Whilst the support staff are polite and competent, I got the strong impression that management did not care whether they sold my property or not. No feedback, no evidence of what they were actually doing to sell my property, late notification of cancellations and repeatedly sending agents to conduct viewings who had no idea about the area or property particulars.

Tried to arrange a viewing through the loughborough branch. Emailed 3 times and via rightmoveI received 1 courtesy email. After that NOTHING.What a joke. If I wanted to sell a house these clowns would be the last agency id use. Poor communication to say the least. They clearly have a poor regard for potential buyers.

We recently sold our house with William H Brown. Really helpful and professional. Great service and help from Matthew, who valued our house. Kept us informed and had lots of viewings. Unfortunately we couldn't proceed as we couldn't find a property to buy in these crazy times. They were very understanding, therefore we would definitely use them again.Thank you very much.

GoogleWe purchased a home through the Pudsey branch and would definitely recommend them. We had issues along the way but it was issues with our buyers solicitors which is beyond W H Browns staff control. We had Lisa as our point of contact and she has been brilliant !! She kept us informed and sorted a lot of issues out with complete professionalism.

I do not advise anyone to use this company. Communication is appalling, they did not notify me of viewings or give me feedback. They told me there were no viewings and encouraged me to drop the price. I agreed to this and later found that there had been viewings. I didn’t feel they were working in my best interest and had nothing but problems with them from the onset.

GoogleSophie at William H Brown was excellent, supportive and helpful throughout the process to get a mortgage offer! I was recommended by a family member and was not disappointed - great service. Not only did Sophie find an excellent product, she also took time to explain everything clearly and ensure I was happy too. I would highly recommend!
