GoogleInitially it look a very professional estate agency, but once they took the job I had to chased them on correcting the marketing information of the house. They even uploaded the one with wrong information online and took them a week to fix it afterwards. Then, there was also a mistake in the virtual tour which I had to chase for weeks to fix. Finally, there was no feedback provided to me on what the viewers had been looking for. Overall it seems that this branch is too busy and understaffed at least in 2021.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHad a valuation visit from Scott a month ago, have rang three times to get a two sentence letter headed document. Sharon has said on all occasions that she would sort it but I've got nothing. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from an estate agent and a real waste of my time.

GoogleTerrible estate agents, not only were they over priced but hardly did any work for the huge sum of money I paid them. Let themselves in without giving me notice and had to be chased every step of the way. Please please just use another estate agent or you'll be back here in 6 months writing a review just like me in the hope someone listens.
