GoogleWilliam H Brown were fantastic. They were always on the ball, even when everyone else in my sale chain wasn't. They taught me a lot about buying and selling houses, always spoke in plain English (no jargon!). They got me a brilliant price for my house, we sold to lovely people and they were very supportive. I chose them out of several other Estate Agents and went with them because of their incredible marketing campaigns (The Boxing Day campaign was the one!) And reach.

The photos and brochure were superb, the advice and communication second to none. When the difficult decision to take my property off the market for personal reasons was made. He was the source of communication between us and our vendor and even at the most tense moments I completely trusted that he was doing his utmost to ensure everyone was updated properly and helpfully. Browns did all the viewings for us which was a great help as it was Mums home we were selling. GoogleI contacted this estate agents to view a property at very short notice. The agent I spoke to called George went out of his way to arrange one for us. Unfortunately we lost out on that property but he continued to contact us with new properties coming to the market that fitted our search criteria. I would like to say a huge thank you to George. Since my first contact with him weeks ago, he has gone above and beyond to be helpful and find us a property. He is friendly and professional and a real asset to your company. GoogleThe whole exprience with WH Brown was excellent! From day one Charlotte and her team supported us with information, patience in aswering all of our questions and advice. George was fantasting in updating us throughout the whole process and we felt this helped a lot in ensuring a smooth process. We needed the whole process to be very quick and we are happy to say it actually took only 2 months , which is brilliant! (But do keep in mind that in order for the process to be shorter both seller and buyer need to be on it with all the documentation) the agency can only advise what to do to speed up things.

GoogleAfter using another well known firm in the area with no luck..no offers.. and them only doing ONE viewing for us..I wasnt expecting great things from others really as I assumed they'd all be the same. However Charlotte Tom and the team were fantastic from the start. They did all of our viewings for us, kept us updated, provided really good feedback and we're generally lovely people to deal with. We have now sold our house through them and it all went smoothly. The solicitors they use are also as good! We will definitely use them when we sell again in the future. Thanks guys, especially Tom!

After the sale to completion Tom was still involved making the process as smooth as possible speaking to lawyers and moving things on. GoogleDaniel was of massive help to us to become the first time house owner. Not knowing anything, he guided us through most of the process of the purchase. Seriously we would've been completely lost without him without exaggeration. He was very informative and quick to response to our questions and mainly any issues that arise. We've promised him some of our homemade dumplings in return. 😊

GoogleCharlotte, Thomas and the team have been excellent from the outset of talking through out options/sale price and outlining their process through to completion. Communication has been consistent and they have gone above and beyond. Really impressive service and thoroughly appreciated as we have been selling our home remotely.
