I couldn’t recommend Emma highly enough. As a first-time buyer, I expected the whole mortgage process to feel overwhelming, but she made it feel so much more manageable from the very beginning. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, making sure you fully understand each step. Emma is also so friendly and approachable, which makes a huge difference during what can be quite a daunting time. She kept us updated every step of the way and always guided us on what to do next, so we never felt unsure or out of the loop. I would recommend Emma to everyone, and I will definitely be using her again in the future.

These people are ghouls. I have viewed some houses with them and theve added me to a mailing list. They started sending me unsolicited mails for houses wildly inappropriate to my search. Clicked unsuscribe, and they still mailed me. Clicked unsuscribe again, they keep mailing. Repeat another 10 times. Today is xmas day and william brown is emailing me purporting to be from my local branch saying should get my house valued. Yeah except its Xmas day. This company have never heard of GDPR. Ghouls the lot of them. Never sell your house with these chances ever.

Emma was really helpful when applying for our mortgage and securing our purchase. She was not our original broker but due to sickness and us seeing a property, she was allocated to us and squeezed us in quickly so that we could make an offer on the property. Emma kept in contact throughout the process and was always extremely helpful, even replying when she was out of office. I have recently been on the market for purchasing a property in the Moortown area. Having approached WHB I was met with a friendly young sales negotiator named Elke. Once I had outlined my preferences and non-negotiables, Elke quickly streamlined the process for me. She found me multiple properties all of which aligned with my requirements, and personally showed me around each property creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. Elke’s communication was streamlined and steadfast, and I absolutely felt I was in safe hands. I could not recommend this branch enough.
