GoogleDo NOT sign with this agency, you well regret it. This is my 5th year in Leeds and Redbrick have been the slimiest, most dishonest agency I've rented from. The house was poorly maintained, communicaton was abysmal, we were charged multiple times for maintenance issues we did not cause.

Hi Ollie, as with my reply to your housemate Oliver Johnson, your experience at Ebberston Terrace really was not the best and I take it on the chin as we definitely made errors. Like I said to Oliver, although you received a rent rebate and deposit rebate, what would have been good would have been if the issues had not happened in the first place, and when they did arise, we had dealt with them more efficiently. We have definitely learned a lesson from this experience! Please accept my apologies and I wish you all the luck with the future. Stay safe, Matt (Director).
