We went for a viewing and was recommended to view an additional property that we didn't originally book in for. I'm glad we went ahead for the viewing and ended up signing. The person showing us around asked us what kind of house we was after and listened to what we need. Definitely recommending this company to my mates!

We have been with Provisional properties for 3 years now and can honestly say they have been the best letting agency we have been with whilst living in Leeds. They are quick and effective to resolve any issue we may have and also work closely with our properties landlord so we always feel in the loop Cant recommend them enough, supportive and there when you need them

We were tenants of a student property managed by provision, when we came across some problems which meant we needed to move out and find a new house Haroon sorted it all for us so quickly and efficiently and was very attentive to our needs making the whole process stress free. couldn't recommend this agency more!! Would point any friends looking for students lets in provisions direction.

Ended up with an amazing house! Exceeded our expectations on what we thought we could afford! Can't bloody wait to get the keys now! Haroon is extremely helpful and very eager to get you the best he can for you. Thanks a lot! If we ever decide to move out of the house we have just scored, we will definitely be using Haroon and Provision Properties again!

Currently in my 2nd year renting through provision. Both the letting agent and the landlord have been so helpful and friendly which seems rare to find in Leeds, speaking from past experience. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a stress and hassle free experience.

As 6 students we rented a house with provision properties and we were very pleased with everything. All maintanance issues were sorted swiftly with no need for a follow up to the landlord. They were very helpful.
