Haroon was so helpful when we went to view and then sign our house, he made the whole process easily understandable which was extremely important as a first time renter. I couldn't recommend him enough!!

Highly recommend this house rent agency for anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free rental experience in Leeds. Mr Haroon was incredibly professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. From the initial viewing to signing the lease agreement, he guided me every step of the way and answered all questions promptly. Excellent customer service, good relations with the landlord and student-friendly truly set Provision Properties apart. I couldn't be happier with the services and would definitely choose Provision Properties again in the future.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Provision Properties, we have just secured a tenancy with them starting in July. From booking the viewing to signing the contract, Haroon has been very professional and friendly. Haroon responded to emails very quickly and answered all our questions. Haroon and Provision Properties is by far the best letting agency we have used in Leeds. Thank you for all your help .

I have no hesitation in recommending Provision Properties. They are experienced in the local market, are very professional and get the job done. I have used their tenant-finding service several times and the whole process was seamless. Haroon is very personable and helpful and is a pleasure to deal with.

Rented a property via Provision Properties and could not be more happy with the service they provided throughout the year. I left it really late and was on holiday whilst trying to get a house. Haroon was extremely helpful, making sure everything was right and in place for me. Throughout the year, he was always there if I had any questions or worries. They always provided plenty of notice about house viewings and communication was excellent. I would strongly advise anyone looking for an accommodation, student or professional to give these guys a chance to take care of you. If returning to Leeds I would 100% use Provision Properties again. Thank you Haroon&team.

Fantastic service from Haroon, he wasn't pushy like other letting agents in the area and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. Provision Properties don't own the houses that they let and act as a middle-man between you and the landlord which is actually really helpful as Haroon assured us that if we ever had any disputes or issues with our landlord (we haven't, he's great, very responsive to my texts and very prompt with fixing any issues with the property- Shazzad Hussain is his name) then he would be more than happy to help us out. Also a huge bonus is that Provision Properties email you and all tenants living at the address at least 24 hours before they conduct a viewing (which although letting agents are supposed to do, many of the student ones in Leeds often don't as I've heard from others experiences) to give you ample warning and all viewings conducted during COVID were done in a safe manner to protect both those viewing and those living in the property. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Just signed for our property this week. Haroon was so helpful throughout answering all of our questions and was just really reassuring about a process we didn’t know too much about. Whole process seemed to be made as easy as possible. Super helpful throughout and respond really quickly to any queries. The first property we viewed wasn’t quite right for us but Haroon helped us find exactly what we were looking for and showed us the other properties he had available, showing us a property we liked the look of right away. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Haroon, at Provision Properties, highly enough. From my first enquiry via Rightmove through to sign up, Haroon's communication was excellent. Although the first property Haroon showed me was not suitable, he listened to my brief and called me immediately a suitable property was available. He sent an excellent video tour of the property which was in the process of being fully refurbished. Haroon gave me all the information I needed and Haroon successfully negotiated between myself and the Landlord. I was confident to pay the deposit before being able to travel to Leeds to view the property in person. If Haroon hadn't been so quick and efficient, I'm pretty sure I would have lost the property to someone available to view immediately. When I did view it a few days later, the property actually exceeded my expectations. After working in Estate agency myself for many years and dealing with many Leeds agents recently, I can honestly endorse Haroon at Provision Properties as a true professional with great character and business acumen. From start to finish, my experience with Provision Properties was brilliant. I hope to have the opportunity to do business again in the future.

Haroon has been an amazing Landlord to us over the past year. From ensuring the house was beautifully decorated, and catering to our wishes such as installing black out blinds before our arrival, to sorting out problems as quickly as possible with no fuss at all. He has helped us having a seem-less last year at university. His kindness and efficiency makes him a brilliant landlord, whom I can’t recommend enough.

Haroon was really great throughout my year with Provision Properties, always very quick to help us whenever we had any problems, and sending someone out as soon as possible if we had any issues, often on the day/the next day. Would 100% recommend a house with them, these guys are fab and truly care about helping us tenants. Thanks Haroon :)

The best letting agents for students in Leeds! Provision are helpful and friendly and treat tenants with respect. Reasonably rent prices, great bills and utility packages offered. We loved our house so much that we resigned it for a second year! We’ve been pushed around by nasty landlords and letting agents in the past but now that we’ve finally found a good one we’re over the moon🤠

Provision properties saved my bacon. I was stranded without a home after another estate agents let me down, and within a day Haroon found me a wonderful place to live. He stayed overtime to ensure all the paperwork was sorted and we could move in that day. Haroon is really friendly and genuine, compared to other estate agents in the area who don't give you the time of day or think they can get away with anything because you're a student. Haroon cares about his customers whether they are a student or not. 10/10 service from provision properties, would definitely recommend!!!

I have been with Provision Properties this year and have recently signed to be with them another year, and I have 0 regrets! Haroon at Provision has been extremely organised and amazing at helping me select properties within my groups budget, and even helping us negotiate rent prices and advocate for us as tenants. They’ve always remained completely professional, and pride themselves on amazing customer service and cater for all tenants, whether student or professional. If you want genuinely nice landlords from a genuinely down to earth agency, don’t waste time anywhere else, go straight to Provision Properties
