Most of this time we have dealt with Hayley, she has always been super helpful, efficient and friendly. Rules and regulations are constantly changing so it's very helpful to have a team on your side who know what's going on. It makes everything much easier for the landlord.

Gloria - Terrific!

Gloria did us several viewings on different days and one of the properties we put in an offer on! She had so much passion, was so kind, literally SOLD the house which was so refreshing considering most other viewings we had attended were pretty much just being shown around the property. Gloria was so different with her approach, she could have sold me a chocolate fire guard and I’d have bought it. Absolutely phenomenal woman and knew so much about the houses!

Chloe was exceptional, even when the process ran into some issues through no fault of myself or Manning Stainton she remained professional and kept me up to date with everything. We haven't actually sold our house with Manning Stainton as it was dual listed with another agency due to us emigrating to Australia. We just want to say a massive thank you to Chloe & Joe. Joe came to see us and was really supportive with our situation, he was so proactive and had everything done and our house was listed within 24 hours of meeting up with us! Chloe was our negotiator and gave us the good news about our offer and she constantly kept up to date throughout the whole process. We ended up going with a different buyer due to our circumstances and ideally needing a quicker sale with a first time buyer. However, Chloe was so good with us and was always working in our best interests. Manning Stainton have been fantastic throughout and can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Exceptional service from Megan and Manning Stainton! I honestly cannot thank Megan enough for all her help, patience and support throughout the purchase of my new home. Buying a house can be a very stressful experience, especially when there are unexpected delays and complications along the way. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult experience with my solicitor during the process, which made things even more stressful. However, Megan was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always approachable, professional, kind and incredibly supportive. Whenever I needed an update or had a question, Megan was always there to help. She kept me informed, chased things up when necessary and always made me feel that someone was actually taking care of things. First impressions were really good. At the house viewing I had Gloria showing me round who was really nice and insightful. Once I put an offer in, communication was on point to let me know where in the process I was at. Once offer was put in, Lesley Alexander was my main contact and was brilliant. Very proactive in communication and chasing solicitors for information and letting me know process details and helped me book further viewings. Kyle has been amazing

Kyle has been amazing.
