GoogleMatt has helped me many times, he helped me and my girlfriend find places every year throughout university. I have just signed for another flat as a professional with Matt, which I couldn't be more pleased about . Direct lets are like no other agency, there are absolutely no hidden or additional fees. They are not pushy for a sale, they really do want the best for people, this is a extremely rare thing for letting agents! I can not recommend these guys enough.
