GoogleI honestly couldn't be happier with my experience renting through Landlord Direct Leeds! I've been in a property in Headingley, and although there have been a couple of issues with the bedroom and some plumbing/waterworks, they've been dealt with so quickly and professionally every single time.
Matt and the team have been absolutely brilliant, friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Communication has been fantastic, and they've made what could have been stressful situations completely hassle-free. It's so refreshing to rent through an agency that genuinely cares about its tenants and takes action straight away.
I'd highly recommend Landlord Direct Leeds to anyone looking to rent in Headingley. Thank you for making the whole experience such a positive one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GoogleI contacted Landlord Direct Lets after seeing one of their advertised properties and spoke with Matthew over the phone. His behaviour was extremely unpleasant, and I felt as though I was being investigated like a criminal before I had even been given the opportunity to view the property.
After I provided my details, including my age, Matthew later told me that the property was no longer available and then started making excuses about my age not being suitable for the property. If there was an age-related requirement, this should have been made clear from the beginning instead of wasting my time and collecting my personal details for no reason.
I found the whole experience very unprofessional and disrespectful. A letting agent should communicate clearly and treat potential tenants with basic courtesy, regardless of their age or circumstances.
Very disappointing experience with Direct Lets. Shame on Matthew for the way this was handled.

We are sorry that you feel this way.
As a company, we do have a duty of care to the current tenants of a property. We do try to make sure we find the right match for the people already living there. Matthew did point out that it was a younger Student house. and as someone a bit more mature, you would be more suited to another house share that we had available in Bramley, this was dismissed by yourself.
We do take pride in putting together house shares where people have made lasting friendships. We do this by offering to swap contact details between tenants and suggesting meet ups to make sure everyone gets on.
I am very sorry that you seem offended by this process however, it has worked well for us over the past 10 years. We are very sorry that the second house suggested was dismissed ,and we do wish you all the best in your house search. We genuinely didn’t mean to cause any disrespect offence by asking the questions to find a genuine match for you.

GoogleI am so grateful to have found my uni house through Landlord Direct Lets. We had a wide range of issues with our house on arrival and Matt from Landlord Direct Lets solved all our issues efficiently and effectively. There was no hour too late or too early to call Matt, he was there to help us through everything. Also, throughout the year If anything has broken he has solved it within the next day or two. Moving to university can be a very daunting experience and letting a house in second year is a very stressful process and he made it so much easier and enjoyable for all of us. I couldn’t recommend an estate agency enough. If you are a looking to let a house at Leeds University they are definitely the company to use.

GoogleSo I had a bit of confusion with booking a viewing for this place and had two agents from different agencies arrive for my viewing. The Landlord Direct Let’s agent met me earlier than we’d arranged so I didn’t have to wait, as the other agent was late for what I’d arrange with them. The Landlord Let’s agent had been very easy to talk to on the phone in the days prior to the viewing and was prompt in giving me a viewing confirmation over text. He was willing to honestly answer any questions I had and was very understanding with our specific conditions. As nice as the house was (and it was really nice) I really appreciated having a friendly and professional agent show us round and clear up any queries we had about it. I really feel he went above and beyond to give us the best and easiest experience with our house hunt.

I have had plenty of experience when it comes to dealing with housing agencies and this is the best agency I have come across! All other agencies in Leeds are very hard to deal with and rude! This one has very friendly, polite and helpful management that puts customer satisfaction as their priority! No matter your situation and budget Charlotte and Matt will help you get the best property/room to rent for you! Throughout the tenancy they have been extremely kind and helpful especially if any issues would arise . Matt and Charlotte communicate clearly and promptly. They care about their landlords and the tenants that they house. My property has not been empty since I transfer over to them.
But more importantly, I have a real sense of reassurance that my property is being managed by sound professionals that care. They are experienced, diligent and understand my requirements.
I have a single property and I’ve never felt like I’m not a priority. They respond to my calls when on holiday, reply to emails on public holidays, and text to give quick updates.
If you want your property to be managed by people with experience and a track record for an excellent service, then you’ve arrived at the correct place. You won’t be disappointed.
