He went that extra mile to make sure we had a successful conclusion communicating between both solicitors and the developers. His team members were also there to help when he was not available. I've rented with them for 6 years and wouldn't recommend. Took them over 2 months to give our deposit back because they were "busy". They also charged us insane contract renewal fees every year until the law finally stopped them from doing so.

I was absolutely nightmare deal with this letting agent (Hunters at Harbone)They make a lot of mistake in tenancy agreement date. When talking about money, no a single penny is allowed with them.Overall, the worst letting agent in the UK. Highly NOT recommended and give no satisfactory response to complaints.

I’ve used a few estate agents in the past and have a fairly cynical view of them. However Hunters have managed to change my mind. The service and their communication has been very good all through the process. Highly recommended.

Short, unresponsive team who despite the tag line of “here to help you get there” have provided no such help. Have applied for several properties as well as emailed to ask for guidance moving to a new city with rude responses that they are unable to support.

I had absolutely amazing service when dealing with hunters, they were so professional and kept me involved with every stage of the process. I never had to chase them up for any details, as they were always on top on things! Would 110% recommend.

Googleused hunters in york a few years ago and they were fine, but recently got awful service from wetherby, staff member did not know anything about the properties and later never called me back to arrange viewings - we're still looking for property, just hope we don't see any we like through Hunters

Hunters sales progresses are terrible at progressing sales! They fail to respond to any emails and when they do they are simply rude. The least pro-active people ive had to deal with before, i would not reccomend

Absolute clowns! Always have a attitude, never want to sort any issues with the property. I left the property 2 month ago and they aren't releasing my deposit, talking about damage when I have emails from them accepting it wasn't my fault. Avoid!
