Had a really nice first impression, really friendly people, the friendliest i’ve ever seen. They responded really quick and helped even on a really short notice (house viewing). Professional; when it comes to the contract they make sure you understand everything and don’t hide anything in the small letters part. Absolutely amazing landlord- had issues with my bed, bedframe, electric stove and all issues resolved instantly. Not only was the property in prime condition for people to live in beforehand but the landlords eagerness to ensure that we live happily, through maintenance, in his residence is like no other. Definitely one of the best in Leeds, highly recommend.

They lie when it comes to giving back your deposits, me and my friend made sure that we clean everything before leaving and the next day we are told that the place was super dirty which was a complete lie, its probably one of their tactics to not give the full deposit back.

As a new student to Leeds in my first rented house, I was always worried for if anything was to go wrong how quickly would our problems would be solved by the agent / landlord. Our dryer broke, which isn't an essential product, on an evening and we had a brand new dryer delivered to the property by the landlords Arfan and Sully the next morning.
