GoogleI’ve had an amazing experience with Don Properties Leeds, and I want to give a special shout-out to Arfaan(don). He is extremely responsive and solves issues very quickly, I’ve never had a landlord like this in my 3 years of living in the UK. The service is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. GoogleMy wife and I had a fantastic experience renting from Don Properties. The team is very professional and cooperative and a real pleasure to work with. We also received almost all of our deposit back after renting for 2 years. I suspect they didn't charge us fully (very grateful for that) - it's hard to find a business run with such solid old school principles these days. I also had the pleasure to speak with Arfan aka Don and hear a very inspiring account of how his family built the business from the ground up over 40 years. Will definitely contact Arfan again if we ever need to rent in Leeds again and highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleI have had a great experience living here. The landlord is incredibly responsible and professional. What I appreciate most is that he is very understanding and easy to communicate with. GoogleHappy that I moved in! I was welcomed warmly by the tenants and landlord when I moved in. My room is spacious, bathroom ultra modern and clean, housemates are kind and respectful and always maintain a clean kitchen environment and the landlord is kind-hearted, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I would strongly recommend a tenancy. I appreciate all the help and support in moving into the room, thank you Sully!

GoogleRecently moved in to our flat and it has been amazing! Homey feeling and there is a beautiful view of nature seen from our window. It is just a beautiful 20 minutes walk to the University of Leeds and a bus stop nearby to head out towards the city centre. Every time there is a minor issue, it is fixed on the day itself or the next day. Thank you so much to Don Properties and Imran for making it very convenient for us. Definitely rebooking the property for next year.

GoogleHaven't seen anyone so unprofessional and uninterested in doing business. Called them regarding one flat in leeds city center and got a cold response of " what about that?" and "Not available". Follow up question from me was are there any other properties in this location or near by location? The answer was "no" and he hung up. I haven't seen provide such hopeless service till now. If u don't want to rent me a house it's fine. I have no issues as it's ur personal choice but there is a way to deal with customers and other human. Would have embarrassed that guy by putting his name out but I know how treat people.

GoogleFantastic agency! Affordable and decent living for students, they also solve problems with the flats swiftly, I remember they telling me when I moved in to one of their properties "if something breaks let us know, things break all the time and have to be repaired". You can hold them up to their word. The only thing I could complain about is the quality of the flats, but you get what you pay for. After living for two years in one of their properties I can recommend this agency to students any day of the week.
