GoogleI don't recommend renting from them as students. We had problems with mold and insects in the house which we reported at the beginning of the year and didn't get fixed until the end of the year. The fridge didn't work when we moved in, the heating broke down in winter and took ages to get fixed. The prices are pretty expensive also, unipol is way better and nicer.

Wouldn't even give them 0 if I didn't have to. The WORST letting agents ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From start to finish they have been appalling, never wanted to fix any issues with the property, continually told me that the problems I had with my electric/water/internet was "Not their problem" despite it being a bills included property, not to mention the sheer state of the place when I first moved in. Stains on LITERALLY every wall, black mould on the bathroom tiles and a plug socket that had literally caught FIRE and was just LEFT. And after all that they tried to keep part of my deposit for "damages" that I proved to them were there on the date I moved in. currently in the process of getting the rest of my deposit back through the deposit protection scheme but be warned DO NOT USE BIG BLUE LETTINGS

GoogleArranged to a view a few of their properties but when we got there they had no idea who we were and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help us. We were told that most the properties had been rented, which is fine but they could have at least told us beforehand. In the end they unenthusiastically offered to show us round a property but I told them not to bother. If they're that disorganised when trying to arrange a viewing, what would they be like to actually rent with ?

GoogleI only have positive things to say about Big Blue! I had read lots of things online about students having issues with agencies and landlords, but I have had the easiest and best experience. Everyone has been so nice and accommodating for what we were looking for and I would recommend them to anyone! Have used them for both years I have needed housing so that says it all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

AVOID at all costs. Complete cons. I would give them 0 stars if possible worst agents in Leeds. Dont fix anything and ignore all communication once contract signed. Ridiculous charges that take all of your deposit, please look anywhere else but here.

GoogleBig Blue have been exceptionally understanding, down to earth and accessible. I was in a very difficult situation and unlike other estate agencies, Big Blue didn't hide behind "we're so busy" but took my problem by the reins and sorted it straight away. I can't thank you enough. To top it off the lads behind the desk are an absolute laugh and are great to craic on with. Thoroughly recommended.
