I've been using Veco for four years now and I really like how customisable it is compared to other Lettings software I've used. Also the reporting when using Power Grids is a massive help to our business. If ever we have any Veco issues or need work doing the service desk are always very helpful and quick to turn things around. I'd definitely recommend Veco to anyone in the Lettings business.

Rosalind was so quick to deal with the above ticket, which was brilliant! She called to talk me through what to do, as well as giving a detailed explanation of the issue experienced, so we shouldn't need to raise a ticket with a similar issue in future!

GoogleOur business have been using Eurolink Technology Ltd for around 10 years and their service is absolutely outstanding. Their software is really excellent and extremely easy to use but is also of an extremely high standard. The IT support is really fantastic and if we ever need support with our computer systems, the IT team will always ensure that the matter is resolved straight away, they are highly professional and very polite and very courteous. Huge thanks to Ricky, Dwayne, Tim, Dilan and all of the team for so many years of continued excellence, we are extremely grateful and I highly recommend Eurolink Technology to everyone. 10 out of 10.

We have been working with Eurolink in excess of 15 years. The Veco platform is easy to use with an excellent support team when a problem or query arises. Dilan especially is a great asset to the company as he has many suggestions to help us operate in the most efficient way we can. We have improved our processes across the board to use the platform as effectively as we can. We will be looking next year with his help and guidance to improve our processes even more to offer a better customer experience. All of the team at Eurolink, to include Elena, Alice and Rod are extremely knowledgeable of their product and offer great customer service. We would highly recommend them.
