Thank you, Julie

I am extremely grateful to Julie at Southsea for the hard work she put in to get our Sale and Purchase concluded. There were a number of difficult moments, but throughout everything Julie remained calm and communicated with me at all times.

Impressed so far.

Steve at the Horley branch welcomed me and proceeded to ask many questions as to what type of property i am searching for, my wants , my needs ,likes and dislikes in order to establish availability of suitable properties. With a selection made and viewing times agreed there was no fuss at all. I would add the level of communication around the viewings both prior and post was excellent and my feeling so far is the branch is managed in a very professional manner.

Recently purchased my new build home from Cubitt & West. Nish was dealing with my case and she was extremely helpful and responsive. I had constant issues with my solicitors and it got to a point where Nish was providing me information that my solicitors should have. She practically did their job for them over the course of 2 months. I would strongly recommend Nish if you are purchasing through Cubitt & West.

Wondering which agent to choose

Lisa from the Woodingdean office came to give a valuation today and it was a good experience. A lot of confidence in this office for their local knowledge and their market share. Definitely feel there is a team behind the person visiting to, good audio visual presentation and very friendly and professional approach.

Having failed to sell my mothers house with a different agent, Andy was very diligent and tenacious at driving viewings, with the honesty the property needed. This was an old and difficult property to sell, but the team at Cubitt's got the job done.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Successful completion with support from the whole team

We sold our property with Cubitt & West. The team at Southsea - James, Samara, Jackie and Julie - supported us through the selling process. We particularly appreciated having a sales progressor to keep things on track once an offer was secured. Together the whole team’s efforts ensured we hit our desired completion date.
