Despite the fact that our circumstances did not allow us to proceed beyond getting our house valued, Maddison and Claire were super helpful and professional. We had a burst water main and although we ended up without water for a week and risk of it being turned off again after a weekend of it being on and still leaking, Sadie at the management hub was and has continued to be really amazing. She was sympathetic, empathetic and everything she set out to do, in order to resolve the problem she did. She chased landlords, contractors and even provided me with information on who else to contact to get the matter resolved.5 star rating from me. She checks in and makes sure it's all still ok even months after the incident.

Mediocre

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
