GoogleVery disappointing and inadequate level of service provided for letting management. Poor communication, frequent checking and follow up required, lack of attention to detail.
Obviously finding you a good quality tenant that always paid their rent on time and looked after the property was not good enough. Neither was our service even though the independent inventory clerk commented that the property was in better condition at the check-out, than at the check-in. I am just sorry that despite having hundreds of satisfied landlords since we started in 1986, in this instance we couldn't manage to satisfy your unusual expectations regarding property management.
