GoogleI hadn't used this agent before but I was so impressed by the introduction and welcome I received by Pam that I decided to go ahead with Christies. From the moment Max came to value right though to showing the property to potential buyers, he was very professional, showing genuine enthusiasm and always so courteous. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Christies Residential to anyone and would use them again without doubt.

GoogleI can’t thank Adam and Pam enough, they have both been amazing from the initial viewing all the way to post completion. Friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much. They always emailed back promptly, no matter how small the query. Would recommend using Christies over any other agent.

GoogleMax at Christies was very proactive at selling my house after another local agent provided a very poor service. Once I moved to Christies an offer was accepted within a month of being on the market with them. A fantastic service, I would highly recommend the services of Christies.

GoogleIf you are selling , you’d be silly not to use Christie’s. If you are buying, you best hope they are the acting Estate agent for the property. Special mention to Adam and Pam who kept us updated on progress of the chain on a weekly basis!

GoogleWe’ve had an incredible experience buying through Christies. They were informative and they guided us and answered all our questions thoroughly. As first time buyers, they helped us from finding solicitors to vendors and suppliers for the renovations. They’ve also done multiple viewings with us so we can get quotes for some work we needed done. I would highly recommend them to any buyers/sellers. And if we choose to sell our flat in the future we’ll definitely go with them.

GoogleModerately cruddy letting agent: they took two months to fix a leaking tap, then when I moved out, spent several hours checking my miniscule one bed flat so they could charge extra for every square micron of paint disturbed. I got most of the money back in arbitration, which shows what a fraudulent joke it all was. Still, not impressed by the way they (failed to) handle the maintenance while I was there.
Sorry you feel like that Greg especially as your tenancy ended in July 2021and as you are aware your landlord was very hands dealing with most maintenance himself and to our knowledge promptly. The check-out was not carried out by us, but by an independent inventory clerk working for the landlord and all decisions over any dilapidations were made by your landlord and not us!

GoogleNice and helpful people in general; but: they are rather pushy to try to keep the local selling prices in the sky. What we did not like: when you make an offer you'd expect them to take it without starting to question the amount right in your face. I found the guy being rude to my husband.. all the other agencies take your offer with mouth shut and then actually forward it to the client alongside an official email that confirms "your offer has been forwarded" then eventually they get back with the result. Why could not this agent be polite and act like this... The way he started on my husband was not professional at all. He just sketched up the number on a piece of paper - and I doubt they ever forwarded it... Positives: happy to advise, good at local knowledge, can answer your questions, Pam is very very kind.

GoogleVery Good, Leatherhead established, estate agent with many years of property expertise and local market knowledge. The owner, his business partner, their experienced property team are very courteous and will do the best they can to either sell a property or help some one look for the type of property they desire. Their lettings business is 2nd to none and I for one, find their managed service invaluable, they will ensure you get the right tenant, for the best market price and then they will endeavour to make sure your property is well looked after by your tenants. As a Landlord, I have had a good business relationship with the company for 4 years now and as such I would not hesitate to recommend them, to any one who requires residential property services.
