GoogleThanks to all at Wiglesworth. What a fantastic service. Stuart was an expert when it came to photographing our property and had such attention to detail. Julia was fantastic at problem solving and was always reassuring even though the whole process of buying and selling was quite stressful at times! Gemma was very professional and stepped in during Julia's holiday keeping us informed of all the details in the final stages. Richard's viewings were consistently of a high standard and enhanced by his detailed knowledge of the local area. Thanks again to all - we made it :)

GoogleI would NOT recommend Wiglesworth & Co. I would love to find the Time to right a detailed Review of my correspondence with Wiglesworth & Co although life is finding itself far to busy. The reason that I would NOT recommend Wigleworth & Co is due to bad customer Service, After getting to the Final stages of Buying a Property of Wigleworth & Co the Survey went dramatically wrong & they would not go back to the Vender to tell them or ask for a discount they asked me to find a Lender, They where very unprofessional and did not go about the right way of dealing with my Property Purchase. Even to the point of feeling like they where having a go at me. Thank you.

GoogleWe have purchased a property through Wigglesworth and I have found the team extremely helpful! Communication has been excellent and they have come back to us quickly on any queries we have raised. In particular they have been really helpful in allowing us access to the property we are buying on numerous occasions to measure up and to have tradesmen in to quote or offer us advice. As we are buying a property which needs a lot of work and we have two small children it could have been a very stressful process if we were not allowed access when needed or if we felt that we were a hassle. However, Julia has always booked us in to appointments without question and Richard is always extremely friendly and helpful on showing us around. Thank you!

Having viewed a house that we fell in love with without even having ours on the market to sell yet, the team worked swiftly to have ours live and sold within the first week of viewings. From sale agreed to completion took two months, with excellent comms throughout. Would highly recommend.

GoogleSelling a beloved family home because your parents have passed on is one of the most traumatic things you can ever do. I grew up in my family home, and have many memories. I didn't want to sell but had to. Wiglesworth made the whole process so easy, they took the worry away. They were always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. I only wish they were a national company.

After I put my final offer in, Julia called to congratulate me that the seller has accepted my offer. 2 days later, Julia sent an email without calling to say the seller has accepted a higher offer. The fact that they so confidently entertained the sellers wishes to do this speaks volumes of the staff at Wiglesworth Leamington Spa.
