We have recently exchanged on the purchase of our next home in Warwick. The team at Wiglesworth, Chris, Julia, Jas., Richard and most recently Jerry were excellent to deal with. Whilst acting in the best interests of the vendors they treated us, as purchasers, with courtesy and were very straight and honest. They manged to arrange multiple visits to the property both before and after exchange. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Wiglesworth whether you are buying or selling.

We just sold through the team at Wiglesworth. Chris’s strategy on pricing helped us achieve a higher sale price than the starting point of other valuations we received. Julia was always available to talk things through with and on the occasions we went into the office the whole team were friendly and made time for us. We were over the moon with the level of service we received from Wiglesworth. It's not easy to find an Estate Agent that treats you as though your house is the only one they are selling, but Wiglesworth do just that! Their communication is brilliant and their professionalism is second to none. When we decided to sell, we gathered three valuations from local Estate Agents to compare. Two of them valued it much lower than we were expecting, which we assume was an attempt of a quick sale, whereas Chris at Wiglesworth valued it where it was supposed to be, and it still sold really quickly to a really lovely couple who clearly love the house as much as I did when I bought it. The team kept us in the loop every step of the way and they are just a lovely, kind and friendly bunch! I highly recommend. If you're selling your house, use Wiglesworth!
