We have recently had a flat for sale with Crabb Curtis, and the sale completed this week. We have been extremely impressed with the overall service; regular updates during the sale, very pro-active approach and professional throughout. We would definitely use Crabb Curtis again and are more than happy to recommend them.

Just want to say how professional this estate agent branch is when I rented a property from them. Best of the bunch is Danny Groom and Marcia who looked after things quickly and efficiently whenever I needed them. I highly recommend using this company. Well Done you guys !!

Oliver at Crabb Curtis was fantastic. Selling our property he was really proactive and good at communicating between me/potential and our actual buyers and the solicitors involved. I strongly recommend them, their service quality was fantastic and all for a very competitive price. Thanks again for your efforts.

Crabb Curtis provided an excellent service form the very beginning right through to the very end. We were kept in the loop every week with updates and the whole process went very smoothly from their side. I would highly recommend them and certainly use them again.

I looked at a number of agents when i decided to let my property in Leamington, and Crabb Curtis were by far the most approachable and informative. They offered excellent service throughout the letting process, and during the tenancy, keeping me up to date throughout.

Excellent service by Paul from start to finish. Explained everything to begin with, talked me through the whole process, gave me good recommendations. Kept me up to date with all viewings. When a problem arose, he was on the phone and got a solution.

Brilliant service. Have lived in a property managed by Crabb Curtis and moved to another let by them but managed by landlord. No problems dealing with them on departure, brilliant support during tenancy even when they were not responsible for property.
