Both of them have dealt with the sale to ensure it has been a relatively stress-free experience, particularly given the house went on the market mid-pandemic and we’ve been working towards completing before the stamp duty holiday ended. GoogleWe switched to Charles Rose from an online estate agent. We'd been listed with the online estate agent for 6 months with only 3 viewings and no offers. After switching to Charles Rose we had lots of viewings and two offers in just over a month, with the sale completing in 3 months. As we'd relocated for work, we never actually met with our agent, Chris. He handled everything remotely and was great at keeping in touch. He had a key and as the property was vacant he could arrange viewings very quickly, and continued to do so when we were out of the country and uncontactable. It was great to come back and know he'd been keeping everything moving in our absence. I'd certainly recommend Charles Rose and would use them again had we not moved away!
