GoogleCharles Rose were the Estate Agent for a property we just bought. They made the whole experience far smoother and easier than it would otherwise have been. They often went above-and-beyond to chase and sort problems and always replied to us very quickly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They were open, honest and attentive. We couldn't ask for much more.

GoogleA big thumbs up for Charles Rose Estate Agents. We found Gary and Chris at Charles Rose to be so helpful and brilliant to deal with when we were buying our home through them. Throughout, they were totally professional, calm, kind and accommodating - always going out of their way to make things easier and less stressful for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed all the way through but without any pressurising or hassling. The whole process was a much more pleasant experience as a result. If we ever decide to sell our lovely home I wouldn't hesitate in using Charles Rose Estate Agents.

I umm’d & aah’d for the best part of 2 years before finally biting the bullet to put my beloved little flat on the market. Chris didn’t seem to mind this at all, and when the time came, his professionalism, kindness and friendliness was just the same as the first visit many months before. Through every, single stage, nothing was too much trouble. Chris (or Goz in his absence) was always on hand to answer questions, give guidance and sometimes, just a little bit of moral support…! I cannot speak more highly and I feel forever grateful to have had the most hardworking, professional and dedicated person metaphorically holding my hand through what was a very stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend Charles Rose & use them again in the future. 🌟🏡

The service we received was nothing but professional and amazing. Gary, was our agent and throughout the whole process, he was highly responsive and communicated with us through each step. GoogleGary & his team from Charles Rose were fantastic on every level, from the initial enquiry to the point of sale. I was ambitious on the wanting a higher price for my property & Gary & his team held my hand at every stage to get the price I wanted for the property, & gave me a list of jobs that I needed to do to achieve my desired price, all other agents didn't agree this was possible but Gary saw the potential & worked hard to make it happen. On each viewing Gary turned up half an hour early to set the mood of the house & do final check to make sure he was happy to present the property to the potential buyers... the offers came flooding in & we accepted an offer within a week, in what I can only describe as a difficult market. Gary & the Charles Rose team didn't leave any stone unturned with the process of selling my house, they liaised with solicitors, & the buyers estate agents & communicated regularly with everyone in the chain & I never had to chase once for an update as Gary would contact me often to keep me informed as to where we were at with the process. I have bought & sold properties for many years & I have never experienced the service I had from Gary & his team at Charles Rose & cannot recommend them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
