Terrible service! A Corum agent viewed our property and we were provided with fee information (which was higher than competitors). However, we thought the extra cost would be worth it given the number of properties they appear to sell. We emailed stating we would like them to handle the sale of our property. Over one week went by and no communication. Finally after contacting them again they said that the agent was on holiday. He finally phoned us a week later apologising and said he would get their T&C’s to us and contract to sign. That was over 2 weeks ago and nothing heard from them since. Why waste people’s time Corum?

GoogleAbsolutely 100% recommendation for Corum in Largs - fantastic team (Isla, Tracey, Hammie and Caitlin before she sadly moved on elsewhere). Fantastic communication throughout the whole process from initial engagement through to the final missives and handover. Thoroughly recommend. If there was a 6th star I would go for that !

Tracey, Hammy and Isla have been extremely attentive throughout, keeping us completely up to date with any and all updates. Hammy even took time out of his day to chat with us when we met in the street. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks for all your help.

GoogleWe have had excellent help and assistance from all the staff at Corum Largs. Not only do they are all have a very professional approach but are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them and you were their main focus which was to market your property to the best of their ability. it was a long time since we had sold a property and they have made doing so with ease. The same can be said when wanting to buy a property they are happy to guide you through and find you suitable one.

Refused to give us viewings when we told them we still had a property to sell. Viewing was scheduled for over a week away but the seller accepted an offer the first day of viewings. Even though we were told the company is very busy and couldn't arrange the viewings any earlier.

Viewed a property last week decided on Monday 21st October to put a offer in got the usual need to speak to the vendor who needs to speak to the family and so on and so on I said just forget it I'm retracting the offer then on Thursday 24th got a call to say am I still interested I said maybe but I'm only giving you the same offer as Monday and I'm not instructing a solicitor you accept my offer and we will go legal tomorrow so verbal agreed then today Friday formal offer sent but with the side letter that if successful my wife would like to view again as we were rushed when we first viewed (it was like a open house) was told vendor said no and there accepting another offer obviously we were used to push someone else to offer this I may add is not the first time Corum Ayr rd Newton mearns has done this to us that was why I was a bit hesitant to waste my time and money to offer so BE careful when you are putting an offer in with them I called to speak to someone but they didn't answer so I've left a message to remove me from their mailing list and Don't phone me again REMEMBER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We had a problem with our sale but Corum were wonderful in sorting things out and we had another buyer within 24 hours. All has gone well and we're in our new home. Can highly recommend Corum and thank the staff so much for all that they've done on our behalf.

My former family home had to be sold after my parents went into care. James and his team looked after every aspect of the sale and kept myself and my sister fully updated at every step of the transaction. They handled all the viewings as we both live out of town. I can’t recommend Corum highly enough for professionalism and sensitivity they showed us under a what we thought would be a more stressful situation.

Well well, I wished I had read this before instructing AYR corum. Clearly all branches work independently of each other so I cannot comment on Corum in general. We have an ongoing complaint with the Estate agency ombudsman. Essentially they lost us a sale to a cash buyer very early in the process. This was due to incompetence , staff being off sick and poor management in the office. Of course they deny any negligence now the house HAS sold and they have their commission. NEVER AGAIN.

From the first telephone enquiry, the valuation provided by Barrie Gilchrist who was both professional and approachable with any queries we had, to the final administration covered by Lindsey Dunsmuir, we received excellent service. We never felt we were troubling them with phonecalls and each stage of the selling of our home and purchase of new one was met with patience and kindness. Thank you Corum staff.
