5 star review, I had the pleasure of working with Barrie Gilchrist at Corum during a particularly emotional time as I was selling my mother’s home and purchasing a new one. Barrie was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also compassionate and supportive throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Barrie provided expert advice on how to present my mother’s home for sale, ensuring we got the best possible price. His photos were excellent. On top of that, when it came to buying my new home, he went above and beyond, offering great tips on remodelling. His attention to detail and clear communication made me feel confident in every decision. I highly recommend Barrie and the Corum team for anyone looking to sell or buy a home. His expertise and thoughtfulness truly made a difference.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the Corum Ayr team from the start of the process to sell our home, to the successful closing date offer two weeks later. The process was explained, home report organised, viewings scheduled, and carried out by Corum, and we were given feedback on viewings the following day. They provided advice and reassurance throughout.

My experience with the glasgow west end team is that they sell things quickly without many viewings. This makes their lives easier but won’t get sellers the best price without more folks viewing and making offers. One week is not long enough for a property to be on the market - it’s not good for buyers or sellers. Who is it good for? CORUM.

Such a positive experience selling through Corum recently… would highly recommend considering using their professional and consistently expert team. From the valuation, carried out by senior valuer, Barrie Gilchrist, who provided a professional service, yet in a warm and approachable manner, to the team in the office who guided us through the process with honest and trustworthy communication. We would not hesitate to use Corum in the future.

GoogleI can't recommend Corum enough. We switched to Corum from another estate agent after our house had been stuck on the market for months. Corum are very proactive and dynamic and they got us two offers in less than a month! We accepted one and are now happy in our new home. The staff are very friendly and their communication skills are excellent. They sent us emails about viewings with names, times and dates so we wouldn't get confused, something the previous estate agent didn't do. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always available whenever we had a query. Also, the man who came to take the photos for the listing did an amazing job. He spent a full hour with a real camera and not just a phone, rearranging things and telling us what to remove. The photos on the listing were absolute top quality. If you want to sell your house, I highly recommend Corum.

All of the team were exceptional, so professional and friendly, anything we needed, they were on it straight away. Promised the world and didn’t deliver. Exceptionally poor service from Gavin who took on our listing and then vanished with no follow up even following several complaints. And only then did we get an email blaming another estate agent ( Clyde ) for trying to steal his listing, the most bizarre and unprofessional exchange I have ever had with someone who should be treating me , the client , as an important asset.

GoogleWe have had excellent help and assistance from all the staff at Corum Largs. Not only do they are all have a very professional approach but are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them and you were their main focus which was to market your property to the best of their ability. it was a long time since we had sold a property and they have made doing so with ease. The same can be said when wanting to buy a property they are happy to guide you through and find you suitable one.
