GooglePear have been dealing with one of my central Brighton properties… I’ve been particularly pleased with the responsive communication and how quickly the maintenance team have been out to fix any issues on site. My property is an Airbnb so any issues need to be dealt with pretty much immediately, I cannot fault Pear Properties they have been great so far. Thankyou Marcus & Joe!!

Apparently owned and run by an ex branch manager for the largest local estate agent so they have a detailed knowledge of the area. Whole service from start to finish was seamless and stress free.
