GoogleFrom the outset, we have been lied to, misled, told half truths and experienced a lot of backpedaling. After unnecessary delays, we are finally in a house with over 200 “snags” many of which would have been easily avoidable. After a month of being in the house we have had about 3 snags rectified successfully. A further 2 made matters worse. I have had 3 full days wasted due to people not turning up for appointments and their attitude is very much. Not our problem. 2 months in the house and we still have 120 snags outstanding. Update. 8 months in and we still have around 70 defects. We are currently reporting additional ones at a rate faster than they are fixing them. When they do come to fix them, their work is often appalling.
