I can’t thank Jess enough for the support I have been given in buying my home. I rented my property from Skipton properties/ Verity &Co for years, and to finally own it i don’t even have the words. These guys are family run and you can tell with the patience and kindness they showed me through what has been a stressful time, buying a house as a single parent is difficult but they made it possible. I fell in love with this property the minute i moved in back in 2018. The lay out, the design, the location are all top tier. An amazing company with really amazing people.

We cannot rate Skipton Properties highly enough! Having previously owned 3 new build homes we can say with all honesty that Skipton Properties are by far the best. From the word go we have been helped enormously by Karen Douglas (The Alders) in the sales department. During most of the sales process we were travelling overseas and Karen pulled out all the stops to ensure that our purchase went seamlessly. She has been outstanding. The very few snags we have had have been dealt with, almost instantly and very professionally by Rosie and her team. We can only hope that Skipton Properties continue to build fine homes and the company goes from strength to strength. Thank you from us both.

I have just moved into The Willows, Silsden. The location is fabulous. The customer service and support with the move into my new house has been 1st class and of course the build is outstanding. The little extras you get with a Skipton Properties build makes it easy to move in and get going straight away. There were only a few very minor snags but the excellent customer care service meant they were sorted within 24 hours. Iam looking forward to many happy years in my Skipton Properties house. Having lived in our family home for 25 years it was time to move to Yorkshire to be nearer to our boys who have settled locally. Our experience with Skipton Properties has been fantastic. Everyone needs a Karen Douglas as part of their team as she has been amazing helping us through the ups and downs of moving house including when the chain fell apart. Once moved in the few snagging issues have been expertly managed by Rosie immediately. We have been impressed with the build quality and thoughtful little touches that have been built into the house. We purchased a phase 1 plot on Bolton Gardens, and we’re really happy with our new home. Build quality is excellent throughout, right down to fixtures and fittings including handles, and we’ve even had visitors comment how they like the black hinges on the doors! As the site is on various levels, it really adds to the character of the whole development, and gives a real “quality over quantity” appeal. They were happy to work with us to try and accommodate specific requests during the build, be that at extra cost or free of charge, and any snags or concerns raised since we’ve moved in have been handled well by the Customer Care team. The icing on our particular cake will be when the final road surfacing is completed, but as far as the house, and our dealings with Skipton Properties, are concerned we’ve no complaints really and would recommend.
