Fabulous experience with the team at AK Littleborough. We bought from them and sold with them. Suzanne and Gill were excellent at keeping us up to date on both properties. I can’t thank Suzanne enough for all her help towards the end of our sale. Solicitors can really keep us all on our toes and cause immense stress but Suzanne chased and constantly kept everyone in the loop. Thank you for everything, especially listening to my rants 😂❤️ Highly recommend AK to anyone who is thinking of putting a property on the market.

Andrew Kelly were absolutely fantastic with outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Firstly Steven Kelly gave the best valuation, we were really pleased with the price and his confidence in the ability to achieve the price. They have an amazing amount of contacts and we had over 25 viewings in the first month. Rebecca Kelly and Rachel kept me updated straight away with any news and are both lovely to deal with. They are always polite and courteous and have excellent knowledge of everything you can think of to do with selling houses. Whatever question I had , they had the answer, really impressive. I would highly recommend Andrew Kelly, they didn’t put a foot wrong and we are really pleased with both the price we achieved for the house and the speed of the sale. A truelly impressive outfit.

The valuer provided a realistic value based on a good knowledge of the local market and the support team managed the viewings as well as providing me with regular updates once an offer had been made. After 33yr in the same house we decided to downsize, Carol took on the job and what a brilliant service. Profession Friendly and most of all Ethical. I never felt pressured into make any decisions and she was always available .Nothing appeared too much trouble for her. I cannot recommend the company or Carol at the Heywood Branch highly enough.
