After a little tricky start, Lorna & her team, but Lorna in particular totally changed my mind on selling my house with Countrywide Scotland. Professional experience and Customer Service Second to none since. Always there whenever I needed help or didn't understand something. I couldn't have asked for much more! The agents themselves were friendly enough. However, there was no flexibility with scheduling viewings. I understand this may have been due to the tenant’s availability, but typically tenancy agreements require tenants to allow viewings with reasonable notice. When I was finally able to view the property, I submitted an offer and began providing the requested details. Unfortunately, communication was very slow where I was receiving only one reply per day. Then, on the day of the last email I received, I noticed the property status had changed to “let agreed,” yet no one had informed me. I tried calling and emailing for clarification but received no response. It was also very difficult to reach anyone else at the agency. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Nina has been amazing with helping us secure our new home in London. She has gone above and beyond to guide us through the lettings process smoothly (despite some dips in the road!) She is quick and clear with her communication, always taking time to talk us through any questions on the phone or meet us in person at the property. We rented a property in Victoria Chambers with them and I wouldn’t recommend at all. There was a major leak in the flat and it wasn’t repaired until we gave our leaving notice, 6 months after it happened. There was also a mice problem that wasn’t solved either, plus other smaller leaks, mould... Their communication and engagement with the tenant leaves very much to be desired, and no one in the team really cared.

I can honestly say this is the best experience I've encountered with an estate agent and that's due to one man: the joyous force of nature that is Arnaldo. Our search for a house was somewhat difficult and protracted, with a couple of unforeseeable events causing things to fall through. Rather painfully so. The one constant reassuring presence throughout this was Arnaldo who understood immediately what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make things happen for us. He would make sure he got us in first to anything he figured we'd like and delivered any required admin straight away. He had the perfect combination of empathy, efficiency and hustle you need in an estate agent. And he's a top guy to boot with a first rate emoji/gif game, ha! They cancelled a viewing when I was already at the property and was only notified 5 minutes before I was meant to meet the agent (after travelling one hour to view).They would not even bother rescheduling a viewing because someone else had put down an offer on the property that was not even accepted by the landlord. This agency is extremely unprofessional and would warn against anyone trusting this company.
