Googlesold a house in my Street 5 or 6 weeks ago and its still lying empty no one has moved in and don't think they ever will they have the keys and everything so why not move in will not be using them in the futureNegativeQuality

There are many reasons why buyers don’t immediately move into a property and the estate agent certainly does not have any control over this. Our role is limited to marketing the property, finding a buyer, and assisting as best we can up to the conclusion of missives.

1 STAR TOO MANY FOR THIS BRANCH AVOID AT ALL COSTS PUT PROPERTY ON THE MARKET FIRST FEW WEEKS WAS A NIGHTMARE I HAD TO STEP IN MYSELF PAID THEIR BILL IN FULL NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING MORE MONEY SICK DEPRAVED BRANCH
