We had a difficult sale mostly due to difficult solicitors but Guy and team went over and beyond to make it happen. Couldn't recommend enough. Happy we didn't go for an online broker as sale would surely have fallen through. Fair pricing. thanks.

Utter jokers. They made it so difficult for me when mentioning I wanted to view some properties near Victoria train station. An Indian guy in his early '40s asked me to come to their office, after asking all the irrelevant questions on the planet then showed me a rubbish council flat. I was feeling a bit sick from his car fumes and asked if we could meet at the next property while I was walking. I have never seen him ever since: he simply disappeared and did not even answer the phone. I was too embarrassed to call the office and complain. I gave up on this company, they are just bullies asking to pay for just about everything while they laugh all the way to the bank thinking if you are a single woman with an 'exotic' accent you must be having a low IQ too. Bunch of jokers to be avoided.

Winkworth leigh on sea. A bunch of liars and con artists. We rented a flat and asked for a break down of the fees we had to pay and also for the landlords details which were missing. The staff nodded and smiled and yes we will get those for you as we signed the contract and got our keys. 5 minutes later when we asked for them again they said we couldn't have them. Blatantly lied to pur faces. They take so long to respond to problems with the flat and didnt fix the big issues. The place obviously had mould which had been painted over as it appeared after a few weeks of moving but lied when asked about it and later said they think it might have had in the past but they were unaware. They also turn up well over half hour later to an appointment they made to inspect the property upon leaving. Their store was a 8 minute walk to the flat and when we called to see where the agent was, she hadn't left yet despite being 20 mins late already. Avoid these useless people at all costs.It's funny how a company only wants to help you after you leave them an honest bad review. I'm not wasting anymore time responding to such an awful company.

Extremely unreliable and unprofessional . I was advised to market my property with Winkworth , Brook Green , Shepherds Bush Road. The owner , Ben, came to value my apartment on Wednesday 7th , he was enthusiastic about getting it on the market next Monday. He confirmed all details discussed in person on an email on 8th , I called in the morning on 9th to reconfirm I was very happy for them to proceed and I then got a call from the photographer who booked in for today 10th at 09.00 am but after 20 minutes he sent me a text saying that he had a double booking and did not offer another option. I tried all day yesterday 9th to find out what had happened and only today at nearly 02.00 pm I got Ben’s email saying that he could not market my property as the situation would not allow him to satisfy my needs. I wasted 3 precious days and think it is outrageous that someone thought to be an established professional, can actually behave like this. Unexpectedly disappointing.

GoogleThese estate agents are absolute vultures! We lived in a rental property for 2 years, kept it clean and tidy and treated like our own home. We had multiple problems throughout our tenancy which Winkworth were unbelievably incompetent at sorting out - mice and a freezer that wouldn’t shut! In the end we ended up being out of pocket sorting these out ourselves. At the end of our tenancy, they, along with the landlord, tried to charge us for basic repairs to the property which had nothing to do with us, and for things left in the garden before we even lived there! They completely blindsided us as throughout our tenancy they couldn’t praise us enough! They tried to cut our deposit by half, their emails were along the lines of “we think you should accept this generous offer from the landlord, it’s very fair” - but we didn’t accept, we disputed it all with DPS and we won, with overwhelming evidence in our favour! Just confirming that they were trying to take our money for no legitimate reasons. Please stay away from renting with these agents, they are biased towards the landlord and will team up with them to try to take your money! Disgusting and unlawful company.

greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.
