GoogleExtremely fake and rude, the agent started asking lots of financial questions over the phone and when I told him it wasn't a good moment he wished me good day and hung up on me! Obviously the rental market is going way too well they don't really need customers!!! There are more professional agencies out there

Absolute nightmareI made an enquiry about renting out my flat and since then I have had several Cold calls a day from various numbers about the flat from Stirling Ackroyd. Every time I block a number they call from a new one. I can’t get rid of them. Be warned.

Issues sometimes take a little longer than they should to resolve, and communication can be questionable at best. When you're told someone will call you back you do expect a call back, even to just be kept in the loop.

GoogleThe estate agent agreed to meet me at 9.30am on a Saturday morning to view a flat. I arrived on time only to wait another's 30 mins before deciding to leave as the estate agent never showed up. Terrible service. The only saving grace is the manager who tried his best to help.

I was told scaffolding would stay for 2 or 3 months but learned it will stay for 6 months. Whether intentional or not, it was a misstatement and I would have considered another place if I had known that.
