This estate agent is the WORST!! Stay away from them!!!!The quality of tenants they sourced were terrible. They do not care and do any personal inspections. Property management is basically sending emails from an office. They do not care about your property at all. Terrible.

Took months to ever fix anything, always used contractors that would fight each other (including individual staff members) over who made what fault on what appliance years ago, always leading to us waiting with broken stuff.
