Baran attended to me concerning an issue with my Landlord.During our conversation, he was polite, responsible, respectful and made every effort to understand my situation.He considered all the salient issues before making any comments.He was non-judgmental and unbiased when giving advice.He understood the requirements of his job and tried his best to endure costumer satisfaction was reached by the end of the discussion.His mediation and problem solving skills are excellent.His first concern was to do his utmost best to resolve the situation to a reasonable conclusion on both sides.It is my opinion that Baran is most definitely an asset to Marsh & Parsons.

GoogleI had a great experience with Tobi Shenaike at M&P. I had been searching for a property for a while and Tobi was nothing short of excellent in assisting me with my search. Tobi called and messaged frequently with new properties, offering quick and flexible viewing times. Most importantly, Tobi listened to what I required, and saved me the added time and stress of finding a property meeting those requirements myself. Tobi genuinely cared about me finding somewhere right for me, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience. Thank you Tobi!

TrustpilotWord to the wise regarding M&P
I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.

GoogleI had a great experience with Oliver as the agent for Marsh & Parsons. We've been in contact since I was in Brazil and he was always very kind, understanding the needs and give me plenty of options for my temporary and final accommodations. After the selection of the flat, everything was really fast and I was able to move in 3 days after the acceptance of my proposal. I recommend Marsh & Parsons Clapham and especially Oliver as the agent!

Had an appointment with the Charlton office, they were late. I called, was told they were parking. Waited more. Nothing until the manager called 40 minutes after the appointment basically stating that they had no phone to call when they did not see the concierge so left. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you waste your time if this is their first impression.
