If I could leave 6 stars, I would! I made the decision to rent my apartment in Battersea (I couldn’t sell it due to the economic downturn) and James S. did a fantastic job! Super responsive, efficient and provided me with the best advice for a seamless experience. Within 2 weeks, I had new tenants moving in, at above asking price! I could not recommend James more, he’s really been truly amazing!

Fran is a gem!

5 minutes into our house valuation we knew Fran was 'the one' for us. During our initial meeting she explained the process clearly, didn't blind us with the usual estate agent jargon and made it clear that she would be with us every step of the way. With other estate agents we have been very frustrated with the lack of communication but Fran 'walked the walk' and gave us confidence in Knight Frank. She answered any queries promptly and was proactive throughout the process keeping us fully up to date with all developments. Unfortunately, due to land issues our sale was not as straight forward as expected but Fran dealt with our anxieties offering sound advice and making sure all parties communicated. We are now happily settled in our new home. Thank you Fran and the team at Bath Knight Frank.

Just ask for George

I let a small property with Knight Frank - tiny relative to most of their clients I imagine - but the service I receive from George Manolache is exemplary. The real win is the personal touch - the humanity and understanding in all correspondences for landlord and tenant alike. George sorts out all the usual property issues when letting, but exhibits understanding of situation and context and perhaps most importantly, the people involved. I let a few properties, George is by far the most amiable, as well as efficient person I deal with, and I appreciate his calm demeanour. If you let with KF, he's a good man to ensure the best for people and property alike.
