My experience viewing properties with Scarlett at Jacksons has been very positive. We recently used Alex Heard from Jacksons to sell our 3 bed flat in Streatham. Before going with Jacksons we received valuations from 2 other agents which were 50k and 75k less than the Jacksons valuation, however Jacksons assured us that with their large database of buyers they would be able to achieve the sale at the higher valuation. They were absolutely right and we received an offer at asking price before the property had even made it onto rightmove. They were excellent throughout the selling process. We have a young child and they were very considerate and flexible with viewings. The entire team worked hard to get as many people to view the property as possible. Once we had accepted an offer Alex was particularly helpful when it came to negotiations about a lease issue. We would strongly recommend.
