I saw a flat that I am very interested in online, and the office wasn't very responsive...at all! Until Omar picked up the telephone: he was able to answer my questions, as promised responded to my email and was very professional. He manage to find time for me at a time that was convenient for me. He was very knowledgable of the whole process while being very friendly. I would recommend this services with five stars - specially - if you are being attended by Omar. Kirsty at the oval office was fantastic! This was my first sale & I was super nervous as I’ve never sold a house before, & the prospect of all the jargon involved with the sale of a house filled me with dread. Kirsty took her time explaining all the necessary details, was super patient, very knowledgeable, & professional. She was confident I would sell my house in the one month of the year well reputed for the poorest house sales.... within days I found a buyer! The team handling the viewings was also well presented and professional, & the photographer took great (free!) marketing photos of the property. Communication (& speed of which) is important to me, & I found being able to contact my agent at any time, & jointly them providing me with regular updates made the process so much more stress free than I imagined. Highly recommend estate agents. xx

I managed a tenancy through this agency and the process was fast and smooth. I am glad that agent Lewis proposed and showed me some additional property what in fact was a destiny move. Now we are living there. I also enjoyed talking to him by the way. Agreement itself was managed through agent Alexander who seems to have great experience in the industry. He was polite and coherent during negotiations. Overall, apartment is great, guys are making a good job.
