Just want to say that both Oliver and Shernitta have been excellent in letting out my flat. Oliver was very efficient and professional at advertising and organising viewings of my flat, and was able to find me two very good tenants in just under two weeks time. Shernitta then worked very hard in ensuring that the flat was ready for moving in and that the tenants were happy after moving in. She was very thorough and efficient. She also helped me collect my old mails and put in the concierge where I was able to collect later. Very satisfied with both members of the Dexters' team. Look forward to working together in future.

Shayla Gomes has been great in assisting me with my new flat search. From the very first call, she understood perfectly what I was looking for. Her approach was very different from that of any other agent I talked to: rather than sending over to me an array of flats that would only confuse me, she suggested to go and have a look at one specific flat that would perfectly fall within my size and location preferences as well as budget, and that was the flat I ended up renting. Shayla has always been extremely professional, very polite and remarkably helpful in answering all of my questions. I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts. We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Several weeks ago, I was looking for a flat to rent and worried about if I could find a satisfying one. Then I went to the Dexters Vauxhall and found an excellent flat. This flat is lovely, cost-effective, and in good condition. It is even much more spacious than I expected. In this process of finding and doing the paper works, the Dexters Vauxhall provided professional and reliable service. I would especially appreciate Ms Shayla Gomes for her professional, kindly and friendly help. She was very patient and professional for answering my questions and explaining all the details. She also helped me to finish all the paper works only in several days (otherwise I could have been "homeless"). In a word, if you are looking for renting, I would highly recommend Shayla and the Dexters Vauxhall.
