This is the first time I’ve let a property and I’ve found the islington branch to be excellent .. I’ve dealt with Adam king and Jude hill and they both been great ( being new to this I’ve had lots of questions and they both been on hand to answer all my queries immediately !!) they rented my property within days of me instructing them which is fantastic .. excellent and professional service would happily recommend them .

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property. During the last visit, their Senior Property Manager Petros Giorganios went above and beyond in showing us how to better use and maintain the heating system, on top of being very kind and courteous.

Really great experience. When we asked for approval to upgrade some kitchen appliances, our account manager Neil went out of his way to talk to the landlord, not only obtaining approval but also a split cost agreement and managing to find the same appliances at a cheaper discounted price. Thanks!

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. GoogleJust want to say that both Oliver and Shernitta have been excellent in letting out my flat. Oliver was very efficient and professional at advertising and organising viewings of my flat, and was able to find me two very good tenants in just under two weeks time. Shernitta then worked very hard in ensuring that the flat was ready for moving in and that the tenants were happy after moving in. She was very thorough and efficient. She also helped me collect my old mails and put in the concierge where I was able to collect later. Very satisfied with both members of the Dexters' team. Look forward to working together in future.
