We have been dealing with a mould issue in our flat, the extent of which was actually discovered by Kirlon Sanchez during a property inspection. He immediately told me how he planned to fix it and actioned it immediately. Within 48 hours, the mould had been deeply cleaned and we had a new dehumidifier as well as a booking made for a further company to come and investigate.

We were recommended to use an agent that had been taken over by Dexter's. Since engaging Dexter's Finchely to let our property we have had numerous issues namely; 35% of monthly payments have been incorrect, over charges on agreed management fees and unauthorized letting board.On every occasion it has taken us to highlight the errors before they were rectified despite repeated (hollow) assurances that the Company highly values it's relationships. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

GoogleHi have completed the purchase of a flat last month. The seller was using Dexters as their estate agents. Neda was really helpful throughout the whole process and ensuring a smooth transaction. After one month, I am very happy with the purchase and how Dexters handled everything.
