Excellent service. Best we have had with an estate agent. As buyers, our contact at Dexters, Gazmir, took time to understand what we wanted and then worked with us to find the perfect home. No time wasting or trying to push something on us we didn't want. Also he was upfront with any issues with properties we saw. He followed up with us regularly and also when we committed to our new home he and the team helped ensure everything went smoothly and facilitated timely communications between the sellers and us. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and therefore had lots of experience in dealing with estate agents, and they haven’t often been positive ones. However I have found the team at Dexters in Streatham great to deal with, and in particular Jordan. She has been extremely helpful throughout the sale of my property and a pleasure to deal with. Jordan clearly knows how to handle all elements of the end to end sale and purchase process and has done so honestly and efficiently, and with a positive attitude. I’d recommend Dexters and will choose to use them again - I’ll also be asking for Jordan to represent me specifically!

The team at Dexters Streatham, especially Jordan P, were fantastic!! We recently sold our flat through them and we will use them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family. From day one when Gabriel did the evaluation, they impressed us. They were professional, kept their word by keeping us updated and following through on every issue and task. They were thorough, friendly and easy to work with. I am struggling to find anything negative to say about them, in fact I can't. We used Dexters after having appalling service from another nationally recognised real estate agent. Dexters came on board and a few days later we had an offer!!

Let down by poor communication within the company

Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property.He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property.He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards.I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.

10/10 for effort at business winning 0/10 for performance!…

We were badgered by Dexter’s for years so decided last summer to instruct them on a letting. They over promised on the rent they could achieve so we missed the window to secure tenants before the autumn. We also then instructed them to sell as we were receiving no rent . They failed to produce a single credible offer on either basis. We instructed Goldschmidts who found a buyer and at a strong price within a matter of weeks. I’m prompted to write today as we received probably the third cold call from Dexters as the old property is now for rent via the new owners . We told Dexters on at least 2 previous occasions that we had sold the property so I wish they could be more efficient/ professional in all they do.
