I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dexters due to Jada Palmer, my agent. She’s gone above and beyond to be both responsive and to fix any issues I’ve faced in my new flat since I’ve recently moved in January. I’m so, so grateful to have such a good agent, especially since I’ve had a terrible experience in the past with my previous letting agency. I would definitely recommend Dexters and especially ask for Jada!

Looking for a house to buy, we weren't overly impressed with Dexters Kennington. They have a habit of not updating their listings when they are under offer and, when you enquire about something listed, they'll say an offer has "just been accepted" on that property. It happened on more than one occasion. One of the sales team eventually told us they often didn't update the status so they could showcase they had a high number of listings. Separately, I would take some of these reviews with a pinch of salt. One of the sales team called us to beg for a Google review, even before finding us a property, and then sent an email directly after, saying there was "a competition going on and it ends today". We found this to be unprofessional.

Currently renting still with Dexters, I been reported 1.5 year ago leaking in my property, they could fix still for today and I got water damage in my sofa couse of it. , I don’t want to talk about my water bill beacuse of the leaking they can’t fix . Terrible agency, never renting again from them, they should sort the staff out .

Disappointing

We approached Dexters to rent out our property. Initially they were very helpful. When we were ready to move ahead I asked for a copy of the agreement we would have to sign with them. Despite chasing them up, we have had no communication from them since then. I don't know if they just couldn't be bothered with the admin but we have now taken our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.
