We were recommended to use an agent that had been taken over by Dexter's. Since engaging Dexter's Finchely to let our property we have had numerous issues namely; 35% of monthly payments have been incorrect, over charges on agreed management fees and unauthorized letting board.On every occasion it has taken us to highlight the errors before they were rectified despite repeated (hollow) assurances that the Company highly values it's relationships. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I've had an incredibly positive experience working with Nathan to help find my ideal first home. He spent time understanding my situation really clearly, from which point he struck the perfect balance of letting me know when relevant properties came up but not overwhelming me with an in-exhaustive number many options. He took time to show me multiple options in one sitting and since my offer was accepted has been brilliant in helping me navigate the house buying process for the first time. He is extremely responsive and I would recommend him/Dexters as a first time buyer. The whole process has been seamless, testament to Nathan's diligence in linking me to the perfect property and his excellent communication skills which have been reassuring throughout the whole process.

My partner lives in a Dexter's managed building which frequency loses hot water in the winter with no help over weekends to report/fix this. Not to mention mould lasting over 2 month, dangerous neighbour's getting arrested by police and constant need for repairs. Not recommended

I was an employee of Howsy from the Philippines, that Dexters acquired years ago. Then this year Dexters decided to discontinue our employment with them. We knew this would happen, and I personally didn't take it against Dexters, so long as they and QQI (which is the acting HR side of Dexters here in Manila site) to pay us the separation pay that is accordance to the labor code, and this should include the number of years I stayed as an employee of Howsy which was year 2019.A lot of things happened already from the moment QQI announced the discontinuation of our employment with Dexters. And the experience that me and my colleagues are STILL experiencing is VERY CHAOTIC! This QQI hasn't released our separation yet! They refuse to honor the original hire date from Howsy - which by the way they stated from their meeting with us that will definitely be granted - just like what happened to the first batch of employees of Howsy that were also got redundated. I wouldn't want to step too low for this if only me and my colleagues were treated professionally and respectfully. They're all LIARS! The pay is now long overdue. So, please DEXTERS, help your MANILA team to raise this issue with QQI. We were your once a helping hand with your jobs, especially with repairs. We hope that this small favor from us could at least lessen the burden from us financially, after you decided to leave us all now jobless! Thank you.
