Great customer service!

I moved into my new property on the 20th December 2022, just before Christmas which is a hectic time for everybody! However, with the assistance of Dexters (especially Bill) they have made my move very smooth and hassle free. Bill has been nothing but helpful, proactive and attentive. He has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and always gets back to me when he says he will (a lot of people don’t!). Bill has (and will continue to I’m sure) provided me with excellent customer service.

From the very first viewing (of which many were facilitated) they were informative, helpful and diligently followed the necessary steps to make sure the sale went through smoothly. I can highly recommend Dexters. We first approached George from Dexters Kennington as they were the agents for a property we were interested in. When our offer was not accepted, George stayed in touch and said that he would do whatever he could to find us a place. Our search area was very small and we were looking for a specific period property of which they were very few in our search area, However, George found us a better place, from the exact historical period and in the exact location. He contacted us as soon as the Sellers expressed interest in selling and we were the first to view the property. We have now competed on the purchase and are very happy.
