We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Dexters when selling our flat. We went on the market at a tough time but the agents really persevered and ensured we had a great number of viewings from the very beginning. We found that they were a lot more realistic about how to price our flat than other agents we spoke to and this helped to get viewers and offers in. They are very quick to respond to calls and emails and keep you in the loop at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Dexters will not care about you

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

Lied and mislead

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

They have been super supportive from the start.They are conscientious, professional, always positive, respectful and considerate in their manner and they really do put in a huge amount of effort into their work - a lot!!! I am always greeted with smiling faces when I enter their office. When I call with a question, they give me as much time as I need. Communication within the team is excellent, I get the impression they are supportive with each other as well. They have been incredibly patient with me (I have not been an easy client) and I am very grateful for their efforts and the time they have spent on not only marketing my property, but also dealing with my never ending worries, concerns and questions.

Once I had an offer Tal in their sales support team took on seeing it through to exchange and was great at keeping me updated, responsive to any questions I had and found solutions when there were obstacles.
